COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's cross country team is No. 23 in the NAIA Men's Cross Country Preseason Coaches' Poll released today.

The Blue Raiders earn the Top-25 ranking fresh off their first-ever Mid-South Conference championship last season.

Lindsey Wilson received 114 points from the 15 conference, independent and unaffiliated group raters that vote on the national poll.

DANVILLE, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College has signed John Anderson to a NAIA scholarship, the school announced on Friday.

The Danville, Ky., native, will join the Blue Raiders in the 2008-09 school year.

KENOSHA, Wis. -- A trio of Lindsey Wilson College cross country student-athletes competed at the 2007 NAIA National Championships at the Wayne E. Dannehl Cross Country Cross.

Lindsey Wilson freshman Christopher Kipchirchir finished 59th out of the 258 harriers to participate in the men's championship with a time of 25 minutes and 56 seconds over the 8,000-meter course.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men’s and women’s cross country teams swept the Mid-South Conference championships on Saturday at Percy Warner Park.

The Blue Raider harriers finished second to Union (Tenn.) University in the NAIA Region XI Championships ran concurrently with the MSC’s. The Blue Raiders season ends as a team with the second place finish.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men’s cross country team finished 10th at the Southeastern Cross County Classic at Vaughn’s Gap Course in Percy Warner Park.

The Blue Raiders scored 295 points in the 22-team event. Lindsey Wilson competed without three regulars due to injuries, including reigning Mid-South Conference men’s runner of the week David Mutuse.
