MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The 15th ranked Lindsey Wilson College women's tennis team split a pair of matches on Saturday and beat its Sunday opponent at the AUM Spring Tennis Invitational.

The Blue Raiders topped 19th ranked Xavier (La.) University 5-0, and then lost to 10th ranked Oklahoma Christian University 5-2 on Saturday. Lindsey Wilson beat Huntingdon (Ala.) College 7-2 on Sunday to wrap up play in the invitational.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The 21st ranked Lindsey Wilson College men's tennis team dropped a 5-0 decision to seventh ranked Oklahoma Christian University on Saturday at the Auburn University-Montgomery Spring Tennis Invitational.

Andrews Moraes and Andre Santos were edged at No. 1 doubles by Martin Poboril and Etinenne Leite 8-6, while Freddy Luciani and Marlon Dalpont also came close to registering a win for the Blue Raiders at No. 2 doubles falling to Thomas Van Carter and Renardy Guelfi 8-4.

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Today's scheduled baseball game between Lindsey Wilson College and Indiana University Southeast at Lindsey Wilson Park has been canceled due to inclement weather.

No make-up date has been announced.

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Dominating pitching made up for a lackluster performance at the plate to give the Lindsey Wilson College softball team a pair of wins against West Virginia University Tech on Saturday at Lindsey Wilson Park. The Blue Raiders won the opening game 3-0 and edged the Lady Bears 1-0 in eight innings in game two.

Morgan Paschall earned the win in the first game, pitching six innings with six strikeouts and no earned runs. Anyibell Ramirez closed out the game in the seventh inning to earn the save, striking out all three West Virginia Tech batters.

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College baseball team dropped a pair of games today to visiting University of the Rio Grande (Ohio) at Lindsey Wilson Park.

Rio Grande (14-3, 3-1 in the Mid-South Conference) swept the doubleheader by scores of 12-8 and 7-2. Lindsey Wilson falls to 8-7 overall and 1-3 in conference play with the losses.
