Chris Miller

Chris Miller has served as the Lindsey Wilson College head athletic trainer since the summer of 2005. While Miller oversees every aspect of Blue Raider sports medicine, his primary sports for coverage are football, swimming and wrestling.
In addition to his athletic training responsibilities, Miller serves the college as an adjunct professor in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Miller spent two years at Lee University as a graduate assistant while obtaining his Master's of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga.
At Lee, Miller's primary responsibilities were to the baseball and men's soccer teams as well as being an approved clinical instructor to Lee's newly developed undergraduate athletic training program.
Prior to Lee, Miller spent one year on an internship/graduate assistant position for the 2002-03 season at Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., where he worked with the baseball and football teams.
As a student at the University of Florida, Miller worked with football, tennis and baseball. In addition to his primary sports, Miller volunteered to work at women's soccer, volleyball and track & field competitions.
In addition to his role with Florida, Miller also volunteered to help with the FHSAA state football and track & field championships as well as the Sunshine State and Pan- American games for track & field. Miller also volunteered his time to work with the University of Florida's wheelchair basketball team and with Special Olympics basketball.
Miller graduated from Florida in 2002 and later completed his master's degree in health and human performance, advanced athletic training from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2005.

Laurie Gerber

Laurie Gerber has served as the Lindsey Wilson College assistant athletic trainer since the summer of 2005. Gerber serves as the primary athletic trainer for the Blue Raider men's soccer, women's basketball and men's and women's tennis teams.
In addition to her athletic training responsibilities, Gerber serves the college as an adjunct professor.
Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Gerber served as athletic trainer at Our Lady of Mercy High School following her stint as a graduate assistant at Georgia State University. Gerber obtained her Master's of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Georgia State.
At Georgia State, Gerber assisted with the coordination of athletic insurance information while primary working with the women's soccer team and baseball.
In addition to time at Lindsey Wilson, Gerber has worked with a number of summer camps and championships, including the Brazilian Way / Lindsey Wilson Team Camp, Pocono Cup Boys' and Girls' Soccer Camp, Ben Fica Soccer Academy, St. Catharine Softball Camp, the American Legion Baseball State Championships and the Mid-South Conference cross country and tennis championships.
Gerber graduated from Marietta College in 2001 and later completed her master's degree in sports medicine from the Georgia State in 2003.

Rebecca Phillips

Rebecca Phillips begins her second year at Lindsey Wilson College in 2011-12 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Phillips' primary responsibilities include working with the women's soccer and softball teams.
Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Phillips spent two years as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Wright State University where she predominantly worked with the softball team.
Phillips is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society. She is certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification, and is licensed by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure.
Phillips graduated from Cedarville University 2008 and later completed her master's degree from Wright State University in 2010.

Emily Rigney

Emily Rigney begins her second year at Lindsey Wilson College in 2011-12 as an assistant athletic trainer. Emily's primary responsibilities include working with the baseball, football and volleyball teams.
Rigney is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Kentucky Athletic Trainers' Society. She is certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification, and is licensed by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure.
Rigney graduated from Milligan College in 2008 and later completed her master's degree in athletic training from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2010.

Josh Wright
|
Josh Wright begins his first year at Lindsey Wilson College in 2011-12 as an assistant athletic trainer. Josh's primary responsibilities include working with the football, men's basketball and outdoor track & field teams.
Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Wright served as a graduate assistant at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His primary responsibilities included working with the football, men's basketball and volleyball teams.
He also worked with Chattanooga area schools, including The Baylor School, Girls Preparatory School, Chattanooga State Community College and Lakeview Fort Ogelthorpe High School.
Wright graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2009 and later completed his master's degree in athletic training from the UT-Chattanooga in 2011.
