Coach Chris Starks begins his fourth season in 2007-08 as Lindsey Wilson's men's golf coach.

Starks is a two-time NAIA Region XI Men's Golf Coach of the Year.

Starks has directed the Blue Raiders to a pair of national tournament appearances, including a program-best 15th place finish last season.

During the 2007 season, Starks guided the Blue Raiders to the program's fifth straight Mid-South Conference regular season crown.

Under Starks' direction, the Blue Raiders have won 13 of27 tournaments over the last two seasons, including five straight to open the 2005-06 season.

In addition to being the men's golf coach, Starks is also the men's varsity basketball assistant and the head junior varsity basketball coach.

Starks entered the coaching ranks after an outstanding basketball career at McPherson (Kan.) College, where he was a unanimous selection to the all-district and all-conference teams during his senior season.

Starks and his wife, Tori, have two children, Savannah and Brice.
