Head Coach - 4th Season

Alicia Kemnitz begins her fourth season as the head men’s and women’s swimming coach at Lindsey Wilson College in 2013-14.

Both teams have sent swimmers to the NAIA National Championships every year under Kemnitz’s direction.

Kemnitz’s men’s team matched its best finish at nationals with a 10th place showing while the women produced a program-best 11th place finish.

The Blue Raider men are 17-14 in dual matches while the women are 15-11 all-time under Kemnitz’s direction, including 7-3 in 2011-12.

Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Kemnitz served one season as assistant coach at Lycoming (Pa.) after four years as the head coach at King’s (Pa.).

While at Lycoming, Kemnitz helped lead the women’s program to the Middle Atlantic Conference title. It was the program’s first conference title in 13 seasons. She served as the team’s recruiting coordinator and aided in writing, organizing and leading practices.

While at King’s, Kemnitz led the program to 34 school records during her four seasons and coached the first three all-conference swimmers since 1998. The program also grew from two swimmers following her first season to 19 in her final season.

As a student-athlete at Hollins (Va.), Kemnitz was a two-time Old Dominion Athletic Conference performer. In 2007, Kemnitz, along with another inductee, became the youngest member of the Hollins Athletics Hall of Fame.

Kemnitz graduated from Hollins in 2002 and later completed her master’s degree from Old Dominion (Va.) in 2005.
