Alicia Kemnitz begins her third season as the head men's and women's swimming coach at Lindsey Wilson College in 2012-13.

In her first two seasons as the Blue Raiders men's coach, Kemnitz has led Lindsey Wilson to a pair of top-20 finishes at the NAIA National Championship.

In 2012, the Blue Raiders earned their first-ever top-10 finish with 10th place result at the NAIA Championships. Lindsey Wilson also set a program-record with 108 points during last season's championships.

The Blue Raider men are 12-9 in dual matches under Kemnitz's direction.

The Lindsey Wilson women finished in a tie for 17th at nationals -- their first-ever showing at the season-ending meet. The Blue Raiders scored six points at the event.

Kemnitz led the Blue Raider women to an 8-8 dual match record in their first season as a team.

Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Kemnitz served one season as assistant coach at Lycoming College after four years as the head coach at King's College.

While at Lycoming, Kemnitz helped lead the women's program to the Middle Atlantic Conference title. It was the program's first conference title in 13 seasons. She served as the team's recruiting coordinator and aided in writing, organizing and leading practices.

While at King's, Kemnitz led the program to 34 school records during her four seasons and coached the first three all-conference swimmers since 1998. The program also grew from two swimmers following her first season to 19 in her final season.

As a student-athlete at Hollins University, Kemnitz was a two-time Old Dominion Athletic Conference performer. In 2007, Kemnitz, along with another inductee, became the youngest member of the Hollins Athletics Hall of Fame.

Kemnitz graduated from Hollins in 2002 and later completed her master's degree from Old Dominion University in 2005.
