SILVIS, Ill. – The second round of play at the 2017 NAIA Men's Golf National Championship was halted today at TPC Deere Run due to rainy weather and continuing storms.
The postponement forced lone Blue Raider competitor Rasmus Broholt Lind to put a halt to his round after teeing off in the afternoon groupings. He managed to record six holes before the delay, where he shot a 3-over after starting on hole one.
Lind shot a 7-over par 78 to sit in a tie for 67th place after the first day of action. He currently sits tied for 50th place at 10-over for the tournament.
Second round play is scheduled to resume at 7:30 a.m. CT on Thursday.
