BROOKS, Ga. – The Lindsey Wilson cycling team competed at the two-day Georgia Tech road race on Saturday and Sunday.
Myers came away with the top road race finish after placing ninth in the men's collegiate A race with a time of 2:45:30. Hopkins recorded a 16th-place finish in the event followed by Hall in 19th and Peterson in 24th out of the field of 37 riders.
In the criterium A race, Hall was the top Blue Raider finisher in 15th at 1:02:41. Hopkins and Myers finished in 18th and 19th place, respectively, while Peterson claimed 25th place in the field of 38.
Tellechea was the lone Lindsey Wilson rider to compete in the men's A cat race placing fifth with a time of 2:02:59.
The Blue Raiders are back in action for the SECCC Championships in Milligan College, Tennessee on April 1.
