The men's soccer team looking to beat AUM for the second time this season.

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men’s and soccer teams look to keep their national title hopes alive today in the NAIA National Tournament quarterfinals today.

The second-seeded Lindsey Wilson men (19-2-0) face No. 10-seed Auburn University-Montgomery (Ala.) at 4:30 p.m. CT at the College Boulevard Activity Center in Olathe, Kansas.

Lindsey Wilson advanced with a 5-1 win over Mid-Continent (Ky.) University on Thursday. AUM (14-5-0) advanced with a 3-2 upset win over seventh-seeded Southern Nazarene (Okla.) University on Friday.

Lindsey Wilson defeated AUM 3-2 earlier this season in Montgomery.

The winner of today’s match advances to Monday’s national semifinals against the winner of No. 6-seeded Concordia (Calif.) University and Embry-Riddle (Fla.) University.

The No. 2-seed Blue Raider women (16-2-3) faces No. 7-seed Carroll (Mont.) College at 6:30 p.m. CT at Embry-Riddle Soccer Stadium in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Lindsey Wilson defeated Southern Nazarene 2-0 in Thursday’s second round. Carroll (17-1-2) beat No. 10-seed Point Loma Nazarene (Calif.) University 2-1 yesterday.

Today is the first-ever meeting between the two programs.

The winner of today’s match advances to Monday’s national semifinals against the winner of No. 3-seeded Azusa Pacific (Calif.) University and No. 11-seed Northwood (Fla.) University.
