COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson senior Kaitlin Allan begins play at the 20th Annual NAIA Women's Golf National Championships on Tuesday at the Wilderness Ridge Golf Club in Lincoln, Neb.
Allan qualified for the four-round tournament after receiving an at-large bid as an individual.
She joins 18 automatic qualifying teams, eight at-large teams, host Doane (Neb.) and nine other individual qualifiers for a total of 144 competitors in the field. Allan was just one of four individuals to receive the at-large invitation.
Allan is scheduled to tee off at 9:30 a.m. CT on hole No. 10 in the first round of the tournament. She is paired with Houston-Victoria's (Texas) Heather Shake and Westminster's (Utah) Brandi Bork.
The trio is scheduled to tee off at 3 p.m. CT on Wednesday for the second round.
