COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's cross country team are picked to finish second and the women's team picked to finish fourth in the Mid-South Conference preseason rankings.

The men's cross country team are predicted to finish second behind the defending conference champions, University of the Cumberlands (Ky.). Campbellsville (Ky.) University, Georgetown (Ky.) College and Pikeville (Ky.) College finish up the preseason rankings voted on by the coaches.
The women's cross country team has been voted to finish fourth in the conference. Campbellsville finished at the top of the coaches poll, with the defending conference champions Cumberlands in the second spot.

Georgetown, Lindsey Wilson and Pikeville complete the polls.

The Mid-South Conference and NAIA Region XI Championships will be held concurrently in Louisville, Kentucky, on November 4.

Lindsey Wilson opens its season on Saturday, September 9, as the Blue Raiders travel to Danville, Kentucky, for the Centre (Ky.) College Invitational.
