COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Daniel Finn has resigned as men's and women's tennis coach at Lindsey Wilson College, athletics director Willis Pooler announced on Tuesday.

A national search for Finn's replacement begins immediately.

"I wish Daniel the best and thank him for his service to our institution and our tennis programs," Pooler said. "I will do my best to find a coach to continue the great tradition of Lindsey Wilson tennis on and off the court."

Finn led the men's and women's teams to the Mid-South Conference regular season and tournament championships in 2012. The women's team finished the season with a 17-4 record, including a berth in the national quarterfinals, while the men finished 19-6 after falling in the NAIA's second round.
