SKILLMAN, N.J. -- The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced Lindsey Wilson's Trina Slapeka and Slavica Milanovic to its 2012 All-America Teams for NAIA Women's Tennis on Monday.

Slapeka was honored for both singles and doubles, while Milanovic was a doubles All-American selection.

To reach All-American status, players must either be ranked in the top 20 of the final ITA Singles Rankings or in the top 10 of the final ITA Doubles Rankings.

Slapeka fit the bill for both awards by being ranked seventh in singles and doubles, while Milanovic was seventh in doubles as Slapeka's partner throughout the season.

Finishing 16-2 on the season in singles, Slapeka helped the Blue Raiders reach the NAIA National Quarterfinals, where she won two singles and doubles matches along the way.

Slapeka and Milanovic were 18-3 on the season as a pair, playing in the top doubles spot for Lindsey Wilson.

The Blue Raiders finished the season with a 17-4 overall record, including winning the Mid-South Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships.

In the final poll released by the NAIA, Lindsey Wilson closed the year with a season-high No. 8 ranking.
