NAIA releases the national tournament brackets on Tuesday

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Lindsey Wilson College stayed at No. 12 in the final NAIA Men's Tennis Coaches' Top-25 Poll, released on Monday by NAIA officials.

The Blue Raiders remained at No. 12 for the seventh consecutive rating period. In fact, there was no movement from the 25 teams in the poll this week.

Lindsey Wilson received 207 voting points from the national raters.

Lindsey Wilson (18-5) has been off since winning the Mid-South Conference Tournament two weeks ago in convincing fashion in Lexington, Ky. The Blue Raiders earned the MSC's automatic bid into the NAIA National Tournament that begins May 15 in Mobile, Ala.

Fresno Pacific (Calif.) University (22-1) stays atop the national poll with 312 voting points and all 12 first-place votes. Embry-Riddle (Fla.) University (18-3) is No. 2 in the poll with 302 voting points followed by No. 3 Oklahoma Christian University (16-3) with 290 voting points.

The poll is voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each conference, the independents and unaffiliated groups.

The NAIA is scheduled to release its national tournament brackets on Tuesday, May 8.
