Blue Raiders finsihed with 31-3 record

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Lindsey Wilson College volleyball team is receiving votes in the final Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball Coaches' Top-25 Poll, released on Tuesday by the NAIA.

Lindsey Wilson (31-3) received 15 voting points from the national raters.

The Blue Raiders captured the program's first MSC regular season and tournament titles during the season en route to their first appearance in the NAIA National Tournament. Lindsey Wilson lost 3-0 in the tournament's opening round at Taylor (Ind.) University.

NAIA national champions University of Texas at Brownsville (32-2) finished ranked No. 1 with 560 voting points, including all 20 first-place votes. Concordia (Calif.) University (37-2) is No. 2 with 542 voting points followed by No. 3-ranked Lee (Tenn.) University (34-3) with 524 voting points.

The top-25 poll is voted on by a panel of coaches representing each conference, independent or unaffiliated group.
