ADA, Ohio -- The Lindsey Wilson College wrestling team jumped back in to open competition and put together seven place winners at the Ohio Northern University Invitational on Saturday in Ada, Ohio.

Included in the seven place winners were a pair of individual champions. Junior Damonte Riley took the title at 141 pounds, while sophomore Ian Stephens placed first at 184 pounds.

Olivet (Mich.) College won the team title with 147 points and Mercyhurst (Pa.) College was third with 135.5 points.

Stephens went 5-0 on his path to a title, including receiving an injury-default from Tiffin University's Kevin Christman to win the championship. Leading up to that Stephens took a decision against Allen Scruggs from Campbellsville 6-1 in the semifinals.

Pingleton came as close to another title as possible, losing to Mercyhurst's Jordan Shield 4-3 in the finals to take second place.
