Men's soccer rallies past West Virginia Tech 6-3 on Friday.

MONTGOMERY, W. Va . -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's soccer team trailed the West Virginia Institute of Technology 3-2 for nearly 15 minutes before scoring four straight goals in the final 22 minutes to complete the 6-3 win on Friday.

Moses Aduny - who scored the first and last goals of the game - finished with a game-high two goals, while both Michael Azira and Carnell Learmond finished with both a goal and assist.

Victor Cortez connected on the game-winning goal in the 74th minute off a pass from Samuel Asante to give Lindsey Wilson a 4-3 lead.

Jonny Day, David James and reserve Ionut Buse all scored goals for West Virginia Tech in the loss.

Lindsey Wilson outshot the Golden Bears 22-12, while both teams set up for six corner-kick chances each.

The game saw West Virginia Tech lead in fouls 20-7, while the Golden Bears were also issued six yellow cards, compared to none for Lindsey Wilson.

The Blue Raiders return to action at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, Oct. 2 at Shawnee State (Ohio) University.
