Men's Indoor Track & Field - Fri, Mar. 5, 2010
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -- Lindsey Wilson College freshman Jairus Kipkemoi competed at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships on Friday.
Kipkemoi finished ninth in the second heat of the men's 3,000 meter run. He finished the 3,000 meters with a time of 8 minutes and 54.78 seconds.
Kipkemoi failed to qualify by seven seconds. The top 12 times from the two heats advanced to Saturday's final.
Kipkemoi was the lone Blue Raiders competing in the men's indoor nationals.
