Volleyball lost to Georgetown (Ky.) College 3-0 in the semifinals of the MSC Tournament on Wednesday.

FRANKFORT, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College volleyball season came to a close on Wednesday with a 3-0 (25-14, 25-16, 25-16) loss to sixth ranked Georgetown in the semifinals of the Mid-South Conference Tournament at the Frankfort Civic Center.

Junior Racheal Achieng paced the No. 4-seed Blue Raiders with seven kills, while junior Sumyr Knight and sophomore Samantha Camp each added five. The No. 1-seed Tigers were led by Kristy Hock with nine kills.

Senior Sarah Kline dished out 21 assists and sophomore Rachael Anderson and freshman Ashlie Haworth reached double figures in digs with 14 and 11, respectively.

The Tigers front line dominated the game, registering 19 total blocks compared to just five for the Blue Raiders.

Georgetown tallied a .250 hitting percentage, while Lindsey Wilson's 24 errors dropped its hitting percentage to .000.

The Tigers (39-2) are 3-0 against Lindsey Wilson on the season.

The Blue Raiders wrap up their season with a 10-25 overall record and 8-6 mark in MSC play.
