GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- The sixth ranked Georgetown (Ky.) College volleyball team proved too strong for Lindsey Wilson College on Wednesday, topping the Blue Raiders 3-0 at Alumni Gymnasium.

Lindsey Wilson closes out its regular season with a 9-24 overall and 8-6 Mid-South Conference record, while Georgetown improves to 37-2 and 13-0 in conference play with the 25-13, 25-12, 25-13 win.

Sophomore Samantha Camp led Lindsey Wilson in kills with five, while freshman Ashlie Haworth and junior Sumyr Knight each contributed three kills to the attack.

Senior Sarah Kline led the Blue Raiders in assists with 12, while also collecting nine digs. Junior Racheal Achieng tallied the lone Lindsey Wilson block in the match.

The Lindsey Wilson junior-varsity team beat the Tigers 2-1 in the first match of the night, giving them a 2-0 record against Georgetown on the season.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 4 p.m. CT on Tuesday, Nov. 10 against University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) in the first round of the MSC Tournament in Frankfort, Ky.
