Jordan Gilland, Ally Goniea and Kristen Spear and will join McCool's first recruiting class in 2009-10.
Gilland helped Marshall County High School to a 26-7 record last season, including the 1st Region Championship and the program's first-ever trip to the Kentucky State Tournament.

Gilland was selected the 2008 1st Region Player of the Year and a member of the East-West All-Stars and the Kentucky-Tennessee All-Stars this year. She is a two-time 1st Region All-Tournament Team member.
"Jordan fits perfectly with our team with her personality and positive attitude," McCool said. "Her stats speak to the quality player she is and I see her contributing a lot this season. I am very excited her addition and can't wait for her and our freshman class to arrive."
Goniea is a transfer junior from Otero (Col.) Junior College. She hit .355 with 22 home runs and 65 runs batted in during her two seasons at Otero.

"Ally will come in and be a big-time contributor. She has the experience defensively behind the plate and the power and strength to produce offensively," McCool said. "She had two terrific years at Otero and I expect her to do the same at Lindsey Wilson. I am so excited to see what she accomplishes over the next seasons."
Spear is a junior transfer from Martin Methodist (Tenn.) College. She hit .211 in 15 games last season for the RedHawks
Spear helped Martin Methodist to the 43-13 record and an appearance in the NAIA National Tournament.
"Kristen is one of those players every coach wants on their team," McCool said. "She can play many positions and she will give you all she's got. She is quick and smart and will do what it takes to help her team win. We are very fortunate to have her on the team."
McCool is excited about the quality of the additions to the program.
"It's amazing to add these outstanding student-athletes so late in the process," McCool said. "I'm confident in their abilities on and off the field and what they will bring to our program and our institution."
