Georgetown, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College softball team lost 3-0 to Pikeville (Ky.) College today in the Mid-South Conference Tournament opening round at the Georgetown College Softball Complex.

Fifth-seeded Pikeville (24-25) scored twice in the third and another in the fourth inning en route to the upset win over fourth-seeded Lindsey Wilson (29-18).

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 9 a.m. CT on Friday, April 25 as the Blue Raiders face the University of the Cumberlands in the tournament's first elimination game.
