COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College has signed Jen Tom to NAIA women's soccer scholarships, the school announced on Wednesday.

Tom, a Lebanon, Ky., native, will join the Blue Raider program for the 2008-09 school year.

"We are very excited about Jen's addition to our program," Lindsey Wilson women's soccer coach Drew Burwash said. "She is not only a tremendous athlete, but more importantly she is an outstanding student and role model."

Tom led Marion County to an 11-6-2 record and a semifinal appearance in the 29th District Tournament during her senior season.

The Lindsey Wilson College women's soccer team finished the 2007 season 17-3-3 and reached the NAIA national semifinals.
