COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College baseball team dropped a doubleheader today to Mid-South Conference foe Georgetown (Ky.) College at Raider Field.

The visiting Tigers won the opener 11-8 in 13 innings and the nightcap 3-2.

A quartet of Blue Raiders recorded three hits each in the opener. Senior designated hitter Mark Jurczynski added a team-high four RBIs and a run scored to his three hits.

Georgetown right fielder Chase Armstrong matched Jurczynski's four RBIs going 2-for-6 in game one.

In game two, Jurczynski continued to swing the hot bat with a home run and two RBIs in the loss.

Georgetown catcher Josh Frilling went 2-for-3 including a home run and a pair of RBIs in the second game. Tiger pitcher Ryan Anderson earned the complete game win allowing two runs on six hits while striking out nine Lindsey Wilson hitters.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 3 p.m. CT on Monday, April 7, as the Blue Raiders face Martin Methodist (Tenn.) College at Mt. Juliet, Tenn.
