LONDON, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men’s golf team is tied for third after the first round of the Southeastern Intercollegiate hosted by University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) at Crooked Creek Golf Club.

The No. 18-ranked Blue Raiders fired a first round total of 307 over the 6,933-yard, par 72 layout.

No. 9-ranked Lindenwood (Mo.) University leads the tournament at the halfway point after a first round total of 304. No. 23-ranked Ohio Dominican University is second with a 303 while No. 12-ranked Campbellsville (Ky.) University is tied with Lindsey Wilson at 307.

No. 15-ranked Malone (Ohio) College is fifth in the 22-team field with a 314.

Lindsey Wilson junior Carlos Navarro leads the Blue Raiders with a one-over par 73. Navarro is tied for second with Lee (Tenn.) University’s Joshua Lawson and Lindenwood’s Brock Robillard.

Ohio Dominican’s Todd Suman leads the tournament with a one-under par 71.

Lindsey Wilson freshman Ross Crowe is tied for 10th after a four-over par 76 in the 114-man field.

Freshman Joe Hood is tied for 18th with a 78 and sophomore Travis Radford is tied for 37th with an 80. Junior Abraham Gali rounds out the Blue Raiders with an 81.

The final round is scheduled for Friday at Crooked Creek.
